Learn this joyous dance style from the Punjab from the comfort of your own home, with Nisha Lall.
Nisha Lall founded Aim to Dance in 2006, to provide dance projects in different cultural dance styles. Sessions are tailored to make dance accessible to the wider community, especially those who don’t have a dance background.
Session will be tailored to ages seven years and above but younger children can also join in. Comfortable clothing and footwear recommended.
Dance Sessions please make sure the space is clear around you, have some water to keep you hydrated and please check with your health professional before taking take in physical activity. Please do not do moves that do not feel comfortable in your body.
