Mukhtar azar Karbalai another senior presenter at Sangam Family who is not only a broadcaster but a poet too. Azar has previously worked as journalist and have worked for Radio Stations in the past. He specialise in Qawali and at Radio Sangam he presents a Qawali show which is well liked and Admired by Sangamians.

I love Urdu and Punjabi Poetry and my favourite poets are ahmed Faraz, Parveen Shakir, Ghalib, Iqbal. Karbalai hails from Sohawa a town in District Jhelum and his native city is his favourite place on Earth. Karbalai loves Pakistani food and shikar is also his favourite. His favourite colour is Blue and Lata and Rafi are his Favourite singers and all Qawali singers are his Favourits but Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan Sahib Is the Most Favourite singer. Pakistani films in the 70s are his favourite and Waheed Murad is his the Most favourite Pakistani Actor.
