Pontefract surgical hub is granted national accreditation
Pontefract Hospital’s Orthopaedic surgical hub has received national accreditation from NHS England’s GIRFT (Getting It Right First Time) programme. This programme aims help improve patient care and increase levels of efficiency across hospital departments.

Housing Association launches East Leeds Social Housing project
Connect First has begun development of 23 energy efficient social rent homes at Killingbeck Bridge with the project expected to be completed by Autumn 2027. Connect Housing have started this project in Partnership with Cubed Group.
